This is more than just A walk, this is a movement!

Everyone has a role in supporting and protecting Black mamas and families before, during, and after birth.

Golden Radiance Village invites the community to our 3rd Annual Black Maternal Health Walk, a joyful, family-friendly event centered on perinatal wellness and community care.

Taking place on the campus of Southern Connecticut State University, we will gather at 10 AM, and get in motion by 11AM for a short stroller-friendly walk. We will close with line dancing and there will be activities for the babies and children as well so please make sure to bring them along to get in motion for their mamas! 

Together we’ll honor, uplift, and advocate for perinatal health through the spirit of Justice Through Joy.
